Sonf (Sonthi) : 100 gm
Jeera : 100 gm. (Fry and make powder)
Cut Sonf (Sonthi) into small pieces and fry on a small flame in a vessel. Then make fine powder. Add Jeera powder to Sonth powder gradually till both are uniformly mixed and sieve the mixture in a fine cloth to get fine powder. Store in a glass bottle.
Usage:
Half spoon powder added to Five spoons lemon juice to be licked early in the morning. Later it can be taken twice for Forty days.
Benefits:
Indigestion will subside and Fits will be controlled.
Recipe No.2:
Cows (Naatu Aavu) ghee : 50 gm.
Saindhava lavanam : 15 gm.
Hing (good quality Inguva) : 15 gm ( Fine powder heated in a spoon)
Cows urine (Naatu Aavu) : 200 gm (Collect between first and last portions of urination. To be sieved 7 times in a cloth).
Boil the above contents till only ghee remains. Then sieve the same and store in a glass bottle.
Usage:
1 spoon two times each once in a month.
Benefits:
Unconsciousness, heavy sweating, guiddiness and other symptoms of Fits will vanish.
